Remember, often what you think you might like (more importantly can afford) and what you end up buying are two different things. This may take several times to get it right, or we may find the perfect home on our initial trip). Being one of the most important purchases one will make you should take your time. Often buyers have a hard time communicating what they don’t like about a particular property but just a “feel”. When you walk into that right home, or piece of land, it is all about the “feel”. You will know when it is the right one.
